SAAS Properties has completed seven projects over the past four years and is looking for more growth in line with the D33 plan
SAAS Properties, a luxury real estate developer based in the UAE, has completed seven projects since it started in 2020. The company is now planning for more growth by aligning its goals with Dubai’s Economic Agenda (D33).
D33 Agenda
Karim Nasser, the Marketing Director of SAAS Properties, said that the developer is focused on growing in Abu Dhabi and working on big projects in Dubai. This supports the UAE’s goal for long-term economic growth and variety.
These efforts are in line with the D33 agenda, which aims to double Dubai’s economy and improve its position on the global stage.
Key Projects
SAAS Properties owns both residential and commercial developments that aim to improve the look and liveliness of local communities, as stated in a release on Tuesday.
Their main project, One Reem Island, is located in Abu Dhabi and includes a modern beachfront condo with sandy beaches and beautiful mangroves. Reem Five, also on the island, offers beachfront homes with clear views and bright, open spaces.
Reem Eight is situated in the center of Reem Island, just 15 minutes from Downtown Abu Dhabi, and has a waterfront location. Reem Nine offers large apartments with views of the island’s central park, canal, and mangroves.
Reem Eleven is a 25-story luxury apartment building with resort-style facilities and 11 unique features, such as private elevators, smart home systems, and eco-friendly designs. It also offers top amenities like a rooftop jacuzzi, spa, sky pool, private meeting room, and a modern cinema.
The latest project by the luxury developer, SAAS Hills, is located at Dubai Science Park. It has many luxurious features and is close to major business areas like Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City. Projects like SAAS Tower provide carefully designed spaces that are as comfortable as 5-star hotels and suit high-end modern living.
